This is a SHRM Competency-Based Workshop for Chapters and is designed to help members develop effective strategies for applying competencies in their day-to-day HR functions. This workshop will do so by focusing on viewing HR competencies in action as delivered by HR experts.
Geared toward use at chapter meetings, 5 Destructive Habits is an interactive workshop. This workshop aligns with at least one behavioral competency, allowing for practical application of the knowledge gained throughout the program. Five Destructive Habits of HR Leaders aligns to the following competencies: • Leadership and Navigation • HR Expertise (HR Knowledge)
This workshop is 1.5 hrs in length. We will be doing a very brief meeting and quickly moving into the workshop.
