Sarah has close to 20 years of experience in the wellness/wellbeing space. In her current role as a consultant on Lockton’s Health Risk solutions team, Sarah is responsible for working with her clients to develop a health management strategy that aligns with her client’s employee benefits goals and corporate objectives. Through strategy development and solution deployment, clients are able to better manage their healthcare costs by improving employee health literacy, personal health accountability and company culture.
Stephanie Smitka
Senior Account Manager, Lockton Health Risk Solutions
As an account manager on Lockton’s Health Risk Solutions team, Stephanie is responsible for the day-to-day engagement with clients as they develop and execute their health risk management strategy. For many clients, this includes a focus on wellness programs designed to proactively manage risk and/or enhance their company’s culture.
