Brenna Reddy, our SHRM Foundation Chair, will be presenting to us on the topic of Trust. Specifically regarding "Trust Travels-The Starbucks Story" which will cover areas such as:
- Building a relationship based on trust with your employees.
- Living your companies guiding principles (perhaps developing your own)
- Workforce diversity and what it means to your organization
- HR's role in your organization for increasing trust
This meeting has been submitted for 1 Strategic HRCI credit as well as approved for 1 SHRM-PDC (Professional Development Credit).
