Linda Strauss is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. As a consultant, Linda provides employers with training, and strategic HR programs to manage employment issues with comfort, confidence and compliance. She also provides individual services such as leadership development, coaching, and career advisement. In addition, Linda delivers soft skills training, including interpersonal and communications skills, and emotional intelligence training, designed to enhance success and engagement in work and life.
Over her corporate career, Linda specialized in every aspect of HR. As a volunteer leader, Ms. Strauss is currently the Director of Awards and Recognition for SHRM NM, and previously served as the Director of Workforce Readiness. She has served as VP of Professional Development, Programs, and Membership, and President of the Santa Fe chapter of SHRM.
Linda holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, and is a Certified Mediator of Workplace Conflict. In addition, she is a certified trainer of Becoming the Totally Responsible Person (TRP), and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. She is an instructor for UNM’s Anderson School of Management where she teaches management and HR classes to working professionals. Linda conducts talks and trainings for the EEOC, and recently presented harassment training to NM lobbyists on behalf of the NM Secretary of State.
