    Grievance Procedures

    Panel discussion of grievance processes in union and non-union environments.  Panel members represent private, government and educational environments. The panel will discuss the following: What is the purpose of a grievance procedure? Who is responsible for the process? What are the reasons for and steps in filing a grievance based on the environments represented? What is Human Resources role in the process? Participants will have the opportunity to ask the panel questions.
