    Presenter: Nancy Sisson, M.S., LPCC

    Outmaneuvering HR Burnout

    We will explore stressors distinguishable to human resource professionals. We will delve into the causes and effects as well as beneficial tools to keep your HR flame fueled and burning brightly.

    Nancy is the President of Sisson Solutions training, consulting and leadership coaching.  Nancy has served in various roles throughout her career. Her previous experience has been in both the private and public sector, with a number of years as director, manager, and supervisor. She has been involved with facilitation, coaching and mental health counseling, mediation, education, employee assistance programs and consulting for more than 30 years.
