    Please join us on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. via GoToMeeting.  Next Tuesday an email will go out with the Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Treasurer's Report and Membership Report.  Our presenter is Sandra Grunwaldt, Wellbeing Manager from SJRMC presenting on Stress Management and COVID Fatigue.

    Sandra is currently the Wellbeing Manager for San Juan Regional Medical Center, and is also a member of their Employee Engagement Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, and Frontline Leadership Committee. She has been with the organization since 2009 and initially served as SJRMC’s Full Engagement Training (FET) and Diabetes Education Manager.   

    She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, a Certified Personal Trainer, and has her SHRM-CP. She is a graduate of Leadership San Juan 2012 and is the Committee Chair for Leadership San Juan’s Health and Human Services Day. She has served as Event Chair for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and has successfully completed several trainings, including Johnson & Johnson’s Energy for Performance, Dale Carnegie and Steven Covey programs. She is a Lifestyle Coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) and a trained facilitator for Matter of Balance classes. 

    She is an active Board member for Farmington’s Foundation for Educational Excellence (FEE) and Childhaven Foundation and has served on the Race 2 Educate Committee.

    Sandra has won numerous sales achievement awards during her career with Journal Communications, successfully completed 8 marathons and 13 half marathons across the country, and won her age division at the Grand Canyon International Half Marathon.
