Workplace CPR (Conflict Prevention & Resolution) - Ron Price

Ron Price is an author, speaker, trainer and humorist. He thoroughly enjoys entertaining audiences while also giving them tools, tips, and techniques with which they may enjoy healthier relationships and a more satisfying life.

Ron has a BA in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico. He has completed over 700 hours in continuing education, mostly in the fields of facilitation, mediation, and relationship skills-building. He has authored three books, Play Nice in Your Sandbox at Work, Play Nice in Your Sandbox at Home, and Play Nice in Your Sandbox at Church.  

Ron has served as Vice-President for a local Toastmaster’s Club he co-founded, he has been a big brother to five “littles” through Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and is a past president of their Board. He is also a past president of the San Juan Rotary Club, a former member of the Farmington Municipal School Board, the Farmington Chamber of Commerce board, and a graduate of Leadership San Juan (Class of 1997). He is currently a board member for the Four Corners Conference for Professional Development, the Four Corners Foundation, and the San Juan Regional Medical Center Corporation.

Ron is happily married to Maridell Price, a retired Registered Nurse at the San Juan Regional Medical Center. They have been married for 41 years.  They have no children, but do have one dog and way too many cats.
